Where are you located?
722 Preston Ave, suite 106. We are located in the historic Coca-Cola building of Preston Ave. We share a parking lot with Kardinal hall. Our door is in between the Juice Laundry and Blue Ridge Cycle.
What kind of wax do you use?
We use hard and soft wax depending on skin, hair type and service. Please let you service provider know if you have any questions or concerns.
What is your return policy?
The Brow House will accept, for return or exchange items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damage from customer within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us with any concerns.
Are you hiring?

Are children welcome?
We do welcome children of all ages but we do ask that they be supervised at all times for their own safety and out of respect of our other guests.
Do you take walk-ins?
We will always take you if we have availability! However we recommend making an appointment in advance as we do book up a few weeks in advance.
Do you thread?
No, we wax and/or tweeze brows and the face.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointments are important to The Brow House. That time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
If you choose not to cancel with 24 hour notice or no show, you will be charged 50% of your appointment. If you miss more than two appointments, we will no long take you as a guest.
If you are 5, 10, or 15 minutes late depending on the length of your service we reserve the right to reschedule all or some of your services.
